"See-Food" Vegan Crabcakes

1 15 oz partially drained can chickpeas

2 tbls of UNREFINED Oil no canola oil

1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour

Pulse in Food Processor or blender

Place in a bowl stir in

Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Make handmade burgers, sauté in UNREFINED OIL

on low to medium heat on both sides until golden brown


The Best Cole Slaw

Vegan Coleslaw Sauce

Stir together

1 ½ C mayo (Vegenise Brand) Soy Free =NO CANOLA OIL

1 ½ tsp white vinegar

2 ½ tsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/3 C sugar

Over Stuffed Wrap

flat bread, stuffed with lots of your Vitamin D favorite greens, Gouda & American VEGAN cheese, red onions, crunchy toast onions and your favorite dressing!!!

Delicious Sausage & Cheese Biscuit

Homemade or Bought Vegan Sausage Vegan American and/or Gouda Cheese.  DELISH!!!

Quick "great" Vegan Potato Salad

2-3 servings

Ingredients: 4 white potatoes, Vegenaise Mayo, finely chopped sweet pickles, yellow mustard

Wash well, 4 large peel (with peel) white potatoes, dice

Boil 15-20 minutes

then Cool for 30 minutes

Place in large or medium bowl


28g (2 tablespoons) Vegenaise Mayo

10mg (2tsp) yellow mustard

28g (2tablespoons) tiny diced sweet pickles (taste better) or sweet pickled relish

Salt and pepper to taste if you desire

Stir Well

Slowly Enjoy! Slowly

Quick Golden Crispy Seasoned Nuggets

Pre-heat oven 400 degrees

Drain Tofu (soy) for 2 minutes

Dice Extra Firm Tofu into cubes or fillets (rectangles)

Place 1/2c rice flour in a bag

Add all your favorite fish /chicken Seasonings or/and 1tsp turmeric (for color & even more healthier), 2tbls Parsley

& 1tsp salt or to taste

Place cubes/fillets in bag…. Gently shake, shake, shake

Line cookie sheet with “parchment paper” and rub

unrefined oil (coconut, sunflower, safflower) on parchment


bake 10 mins, turn nuggets over, bake for 10mins more for extra
